TUITION POLICIES
Tuition is due on the 20th of the month prior to the lessons. For families enrolled in autopay, tuition will be charged on the 20th, until a drop form is submitted. Drop forms must be submitted to the front desk by the 15th of the month to avoid future charges. NO EXCEPTIONS. A late fee of $20 is automatically charged to overdue accounts on the 1st of the month. There is a $25 charge on returned checks. Tuition is an annual fee broken into equal monthly payments from August through June. The amount of tuition does not change based on how many classes are in a given month or for Holiday closures. Dancers will not be allowed to participate in the recital if an outstanding balance exists on their account. We do not send out paper statements. It is your responsibility to manage your payments. A non-refundable registration fee of $35 is reduced to $25 for returning families, with a maximum of $50 per family.
MISSED CLASSES
Registered students are expected to attend their classes on a weekly basis. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make-up classes are extended as a courtesy to currently registered students, but are not guaranteed. The only class guaranteed is the one for which you have registered. Any make-ups are lost when you cancel enrollment. If a student misses a regularly scheduled class, we do offer make-up classes in a similar level and style to the missed class within 14 days of the absence between the months of August & January. Once we start recital dances, we no longer allow make-ups in recital classes. Make-up classes must be completed before your last paid class. We offer one make-up lesson per month, per class. There are no make-up classes for holiday closures. Make-up classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If a scheduled make-up class is missed for any reason, it will be considered forfeited. We do not reschedule make-ups for any reason, there are no make-ups for missed make-ups.
TARDINESS
Students benefit the most from class by arriving on time every week. A ten-minute grace period is allowed for rare tardiness, however, please ask the front desk to take the student into the class so as to not disrupt the other students. No one may join a class in progress after the ten-minute grace period. If a student arrives later than the ten-minute grace period, they must wait and enter during the class water break.
ADDING OR DROPPING CLASSES
In order to drop a class and stop future billing for that class, you must submit a drop form and turn it into the front desk before the 15th of the month or you will be automatically billed for the following month.
